Project update - Green Court and Home Court, Luton

Valcan are pleased to be involved in the “overclad” of the Green Court and Home Court tower blocks in Luton – unlike many other projects the cladding here is not being used to replace existing cladding but to provide a modern and thermally efficient external facade that was not in place before.

The buildings are 15 stories (approx. 45m) using in excess of 11,000m2 of VitraDual in 4 custom manufactured RAL colours.

The VitraDual sheets are being fabricated into cassette panels with custom pressed louvers in the face, the panels are then installed back to the floor spanning carrier system using colour matched
