Great project to be involved in! This is the refurb/upgrade of the facade at the Bradstowe House project in Harrow
The building was originally clad in with a stone facade rainscreen system however to bring this project in line with the current regulation 7(2) of the Approved Document B, replacement of part of the system is required. To assist with the cost savings on the refurb, we are supply a match to the original Cornish Granite stone facade VitraDual in a custom Stonecreate finish
The 4,000m2+ of VitraDual being supplied to this project boasts full A1 fire rating to BS EB 13501-1 on any colour and a very extensive range of substrates, CWCT testing to safety loadings of 3600pa, BBA accreditation and warranties of upto 30 years
By using our colour/effect matching service, Bradstowe House is upgrade the facade system to be in line with current regulations whilst still keeping the aesthetics of the original build but saving cost in the process. Stay tuned for updates on this project as it progresses
