Royal Winchester House was a new build high rise residential project built by main contractors, Comer Homes and completed in 2019. Vitrabond was selected as the facade panel of choice using the Woodcreate range in the 8355 Elegant Teak finish – this helped to create a warm aesthetic for the facade while maintaining an A2 rated and compliant facade.

Vitrabond is an aluminium composite panel that achieves A2-s1, d0 rating to BS EN 13501-1 making it compliant with any project under the building regulations. Vitrabond is also accredited with BBA, BS8414/BR135 compliant and tested with CWCT standards for windloads of 2400pa with safety loading of 3600pa
