I confirm that the above information is correct at the time of application. Should any details change at all, a new application must be completed and submitted to Valcan (the trading name of Fairview Europe Ltd).
This warranty can only be completed once:
A) all invoices have been cleared in full
B) installation is completed and photographs of the completed installation have been submitted to Valcan.
All photographs should be submitted to enquiries@valcan.co.uk with the project name as the subject/heading line. Alternatively, they can be attached to this form.
This application must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase order(s) being sent to Valcan and completed within 60 days of project completion
