This project is part of a huge industrial park in Sydneys Premier Industrial Precinct. At the epicentre of Australia’s national supply network, Calibre Eastern Creek is one of a select few industrial estates in Western Sydney to have its own multi-directional signalised intersection connecting the site directly to major transport routes and local roads. The product selected for this office block was VitraDual in Chromatic Jungle Green and Satin Black Metallic.

Calibre Eastern Creek is the pinnacle of industrial parks located in Eastern Creek at the junction of the M4 and M7 Motorways. The access from Wallgrove Road is via a dedicated four way signalised intersection connecting the site directly to the major transport routes and local roads.

Mirvac presents this long-awaited opportunity to establish your warehousing, manufacturing or logistics operations on the prime parcel of industrial land in Western Sydney, at the gateway to the Eastern Seaboard of Australia.

As the tenant you will enjoy the benefit of creating your own customised facility, designed and built to your current and future requirements by Mirvac, a leader in Australian property development since 1972. With its customer-first focus Mirvac, an ASX listed company, provides the highest level of assurance and accountability across all facets of development.

About Minchinbury, NSW:

Minchinbury takes its name from the property named by Captain William Minchin who was granted 1,000 acres (4.0 km2) land in 1819 on his retirement by Governor Lachlan Macquarie. William Minchin was the Principal Superintendent of Police and Treasurer of the Police Fund in the colony.

The Minchinbury property was largely undeveloped and primarily used to graze cattle by the Minchin family and various lessees. After the death of William in 1821, the property passed to his only daughter Maria Matilda. In 1838, Maria Matilda and her family were lost at sea, leaving no descendants of William Minchin alive today. Minchin’s brother, George, who resided in Canada, inherited the property.

About Valcan VitraDual & VitraFix

VitraDual solid aluminium cladding is a non-combustible, high impact resistant solid panel providing exceptional durability and mechanical benefits. The panel is designed to provide a non-combustible aluminium composite panel solution which achieves A1 fire rating.

The system uses a 3mm non-combustible aluminium cassette cladding which is a durable, impact resistant solid panel which can be prefabricated through curving, rolling or perforation.

VitraDual uses the Vitrabond PVDF coating system which boasts superior quality and our full colour matching range as well as RAL colours, stone and wood effect finishes. With VitraDual panels are prefinished which means they do not need fabrication prior to the coating process. This is unlike standard powder coated cassettes and means we are able to provide reduced lead times, reduced damage and lower costs.
