Bailey Point is a new build student accommodation block in Bournemouth offering 550 bedrooms and is a mixed community of undergraduates and postgraduates, and benefits from great communal spaces – including a free-to-use on-site gym, two commons rooms, a roof terrace and study spaces. It’s located in the heart of the Lansdowne Campus and is just a 10-minute bus ride from Talbot Campus, with buses running regularly from right outside. It’s also close to the main train station, the beach and the nightlife of the town centre.
VitraDual was selected for the facade due to its superior A1 fire rating, colour range and CWCT testing. The VitraDual panels used where 2mm formed into multiple cassettes to offer a striking facade.
