Bailey Point is a 14 storey high-rise student accommodation block located on a site that was previously occupied by the Bournemouth University Building and car park. It offers 550 bedrooms and benefits from great communal spaces – including on-site gym, two commons rooms, a roof terrace and study spaces.

The façade features VitraDual panels, which are non-combustible and made from high-grade aluminium with a durable PVDF paint coating system. This choice ensures both safety and longevity, with an A1 fire rating. The panels are formed into multiple cassettes, creating a visually appealing and dynamic exterior

The design incorporates a mix of colours, including Copper Metallic, Havanna, and Chromatic Jungle Green, adding vibrancy to the building with the colours subtlety changing as you travel around the building and the sun reflects from it.
