The new 57,000 square foot, multi-storey veterinary school at the Keele University campus was a joint venture with Harper Adams University, the Shropshire agricultural college. Harper and Keele Veterinary School students will be able to study a five-year programme at the facility leading to a Bachelor of Veterinary and Surgery degree.
The first phase of this very exciting project was completed in September 2021, allowing students to start their academic year in the new building that utilised over 2,400m2 of Ceramapanel A1 across both the Natural Textures Raw and Natural Textures Shot Sawn finishes. The chosen colours for the project were a combination of our 1021 Light Slate and 1041 Linen colours. The Cerampanel A1 Panels were installed using undercut anchors, a hidden fixing for the facade. This choice of fixing enhances the buildings aesthetic look by hiding all visible fixings and giving a more seamless, clean look.
