Wheel House & Chart House is located in the prestigious Riverside development, Burrells Wharf. These buildings have recently undergone a reclad to replace previously installed cladding panels and to maximise the fire safety of the apartments.
Burrell’s Wharf is a beautiful development located in London’s historic Docklands. The area has been regenerated over the past few years and is now home to a number of bars, restaurants and cafes. There are also several art galleries and performance venues. The development is located on the banks of the River Thames and offers stunning views of the city skyline. It is also within easy reach of London’s financial district and the West End.
There’s approximately 1300m2 of Valcan’s VitraDual installed onto the building, which benefits from VitraDual’s A1 fire rating and non-combustible properties. They had asked for a variety of colours for the building including Silver Metallic, Enigma Black, Forest White and we colour matched Holy Bush Green.
It’s been a pleasure working with Millane Contract Services which are the principal contractors on the project. They’ve kept us up to date with progress and we have always had a great relationship with them. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.
