Warranty Application Form

I agree and understand the following Warranty Application Terms & Conditions:

• I confirm that the above information is correct at the time of application. Should any details change at all, a new application must be completed and submitted to Valcan (the trading name of Fairview Europe Ltd).
• This warranty can only be completed once:
  A) all invoices have been cleared in full
  B) installation is completed and photographs of the completed installation have been submitted to Valcan.
• All photographs should be submitted to enquiries@valcan.co.uk with the project name as the subject/heading line. Alternatively, they can be attached to this form.
• This application must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase order(s) being sent to Valcan and completed within 60 days of project completion
• Valcan standard terms & conditions apply.
