The Phase 2 report of the Grenfell Inquiry has now been published.
Yesterday (4th Sept), Chairman Sir Martin Moore-Bick began by presenting the inquiry's findings regarding the tragic Grenfell Tower fire.
He noted that while some actions have already addressed identified failures, there is a pressing need for more substantial reforms to instigate "fundamental change" within the construction sector.
