Terms and Conditions for the Valcan Customer Feedback Giveaway
The Valcan Customer Feedback Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals or businesses who have received a quotation or engaged in a business transaction with Valcan Ltd. ("Valcan"). Employees, contractors, and agents of Valcan, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. All questions in the survey must be complete so any incomplete submissions will not be eligible.
The Giveaway begins on the first day of each month and ends on the last day of the same month. Any entries after the winner has been selected will be moved forward on to the next months give away.
How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must complete the Valcan Customer Satisfaction Survey during the Entry Period. Only one entry per person or business is allowed. For those who have a quotation or order number then multiple entries are allowed as long as these are not duplicates. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
One winner will be selected each month to receive a £100 Amazon voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted by Valcan on the last Friday of each month. The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days following the draw.
Claiming the Prize
The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of receiving the notification email. If the prize is not claimed within the specified time, Valcan reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to have their name and/or business name announced on Valcan's LinkedIn page and other marketing channels.
Valcan will process any personal data provided by the participants in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations. Participants' personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and for any other purposes as described in these Terms and Conditions.
Valcan reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. Valcan also reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the Giveaway in any way.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
