Fulbourne Road, in Walthamstow, is a development providing affordable housing in London with 102 affordable flats and 23 private residential apartments for sanctuary housing. The development was designed by Piper Whitlock Architecture Ltd and built by Ardmore Construction Ltd.

The property comprises a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments available on a shared ownership scheme – allowing locals to get on the property ladder without the traditional expense of property ownership in London.

Why Did Valcan Win the Work?

The architect wanted to bring a touch of colour to the flats to liven the façade areas and the stunning balconies. They chose Vitrabond finished in VB9702 Off White which perfectly complements the brickwork of the building. The final result creates a smooth look to the building with a contemporary but also traditional feel.

Colour Used on This Project

This project used Vitrabond VB9702 Classico white to perfectly frame the balconies and other external areas of the building.
