Speaker Announcement - Chris Watts

We are pleased to announce that Chris Watts - Director of Noviun Architects, will be joining our line-up of experts speaking at the Façade HUB 2025.

Chris is one of the Directors at Noviun Architects and is responsible for all aspects relating to the Cladding and Remediation sector within the practice. Chris has been a member of RIBA and ARB for 25 years post qualified and now have projects in every major city demographic around the UK.

As a skilled Architect and Principal Designer, Chris serves on the Cladding Safety Scheme Panel for Medium Rise Buildings and acts as a Compliance Inspector for Homes England DLUHC's Remediation Projects.

Noviun Architecture was founded in 1997 and their expertise lies in providing experienced Remediation Works for diverse clients, including Building Owners, Housing Authorities, Government Departments, Contractors, and Project Managers. 

With extensive experience in major cities across the UK, such as Bristol, London, Reading, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham, Birmingham, and Northamptonshire, the team at Noviun ensures the highest standards of service.

Chris joins our line-up of speakers, who will be sharing their knowledge about important issues in construction such as new building safety regulations, construction product information, fire safety, compliance and how we should drive positive change in the construction industry.
