Completely refurbished in April 2014, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dublin – Burlington Road is located minutes from Dublin’s city centre and St Stephens Green area. With 502 guest rooms, this is one of the larger hotels situated in Dublin’s ‘embassy belt’.

Valcan are pleased to have been selected to supply premium Vitrabond to this refurbishment project. The colour of choice was VB9701 Silver Ice Metallic which gives an awesome sparkle effect to the building and compliments the rich bronze colour used around the entrance and to accentuate the lower window areas. The flat sheet material was supplied to fabricators CGL facades and then finished panels were shipped to Clarke Facades to install them on the building using a CGL Tray Panel System method to ensure a sleek finish. A great team is always the key to any success and here it was proved once again.
