Tudor Pop – Director of Façade Consultancy, CBRE (for Turner & Townsend)

Tudor Pop leads CBRE’s Façade Consultancy team, bringing over 15 years of expertise in façade engineering and compliance. Specialising in fire safety, design monitoring, and re-cladding strategies, he advises on complex projects across the UK and EMEA. Tudor is a regular speaker at industry events and a trusted voice on façade innovation and best practice.

David Metcalfe – Director, CWCT (Centre for Window and Cladding Technology)

David Metcalfe is a physics graduate with a master’s degree in Façade Engineering. As Director of CWCT he is responsible for all the Centre’s technical and training output. He lectures extensively on building physics, glass and fire. Current work includes updating CWCT’s fire guidance and a new focus on sustainability, with CWCT providing key leadership in the area in relation to facades.
