Jonathan Crossley: Technical Director – Pitman Tozer Architects
Jonathan is technical director at Pitman Tozer Architects and leads the delivery team. Since 2022 Jonathan has been leading our work focussing on facade remediation of existing buildings; fire safety compliance initiated but frequently involving entire façade design and compliance. With over 20 years of experience, previously Jonathan led delivery teams on our large new-build regeneration projects at Kindred House, Plaistow Hub, and Bullrush Court.

Camille Destres: Director – BB7
Camille is a chartered Facade Engineer with over 15 years’ experience delivering facade projects across a wide range of sectors. From her beginnings as a building physics specialist, she has developed her knowledge across all aspects of facade engineering to deliver high quality design.
Her experience ranges from design of the facade packages of Battersea Power Station to 2 Redman Place in Stratford, a BREEAM outstanding commercial development. Following the completion of the RICS Expert Witness course, she has been involved in forensic and investigative works.
Since joining BB7, she has been supporting the Fire Assurance team and delivering projects requiring Fire and Façade engineering. She now leads the BB7 Safer Building Design in London, delivering the company’s Fire + Facade integrated design approach.
Camille is a volunteer in the Joint Competence Initiative for the Building Envelope (JCI) and was involved in developing the Basic Competency Test for the Facade Industry. Camille is also a Founding member of The Envelope Collective, a grassroot movement to support women in the Façade industry, from all backgrounds.
