This is a new and exciting venture involving a 3-story new build apartment block comprising of 48 apartments. These will be a mix of studios and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. This project also includes a basement car park.
The brief for the Principal Contractor Trusko is to assist the design team at pre-construction phase and then implement the design. This involves sheet piling, excavations, new steel and concrete structures, roofing, carpentry and all fit out works to deliver the final product.
To achieve a contemporary and natural look, Trusko has selected our Frontek A1 Rated Extruded Porcelain Cladding planks. These premium cladding materials will give the building a stunning natural stone finish.
