Chesterfield House, situated in Slough on the Bath Road was originally used as office space before being transformed into 86 self-contained apartments.
The redevelopment of the building led by main contractor MMG Building Services & Developments Limited included the addition of gardens and balconies to some of the apartments, providing residents with outdoor spaces to enjoy.
Part of the redevelopment was to extend onto the top of the building, adding an additional 2 floors and outdoor roof top gardens. Ceramapanel fibre cement cladding were the chosen panels for the façade of the extended area, fixed with our VitraFix cladding system.
