This project created 96 new apartments. Valcans’ compressed fibre cement panel, Ceramapanel, was chosen for this project due to the natural appearance and look of the finished product as well as saving the project money and time. The Ceramapanel colour of choice is 1021 Natural Light Slate which gives the appearance of grey concrete. This colour blends perfectly with almost any area as it is a natural earth tone.

Ceramapanel is a modern take on natural stone finishes and provides panels which are much sleeker and light weight than the real stone but looks just like it. There are many different options you can have with this product from smooth sandblasted textures giving a slightly weathered finish to slightly grooved lined panels giving a wooden planking effect. Panels can also be routed out with your logo or emblem or a design to give your building that extra edge on uniqueness.

Ceramapanel achieves an A1 and A2 rating and is very long lasting making it a suitable product for many applications. It can be installed using Rivet, Timber or Secret fixing methods and has a warranty of 10 years subject to being installed correctly as per product guidelines.
