This 8,000+ m² project was a reclad of a student accommodation home to 588 students, Piccadilly Point offers city-centre student living within easy reach of Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Manchester.

To ensure the project met the latest building regulations, Valcan’s VitraDual panel was chosen.

VitraDual is a prefinished rainscreen panel designed to provide a non-combustible aluminium panel solution that can be fitted as both cassette panels and flat sheets with no oil-canning appearance offering a cost effective and aesthetically pleasing façade solution.
